Ishita M.29 · Gurugram

Adult acne · Pigmentation

Honestly I'd kind of given up on dermatologists. went to two clinics and both just kept pushing peel packages. one quoted me 6 sessions, I won't even say the price. my DermaGurus call was different from the first minute. she asked when I sleep, I said like 1am most nights, and she goes 'that's already half your problem.' 3 months in, zero procedures, and my skin's the best it's been in years.

Rosacea

She told me straight up, first two months you won't really see anything, just don't give up. around week 7 I almost messaged her like 'this isn't working'… but she'd warned me so I waited it out. month 3 it just clicked.

Meera J.41 · Jaipur

Dull skin · Breakouts

I've had derm appointments shorter than the time I spent in the waiting room, no joke. this one went a full 30 mins and at the end she actually asked 'anything else bothering you?' I genuinely didn't know what to say.

Hormonal acne

ok so the first consult, I fully assumed it was a gimmick. went in ready to bail. but like 15 mins in I'm sitting there thinking wait… she's actually listening to me. paid for the next session before she even brought it up lol.

Rahul S.29 · Bengaluru

Hair fall

Bangalore traffic is genuinely why I hadn't seen a derm in 3 years. mine was in indiranagar, I'm in whitefield, 1.5 hrs each way for a 15 min appointment. I'd book and cancel last minute every single time. did my first DermaGurus call from the office cafeteria, haven't missed a follow-up since.

Acne scars

Went in expecting to be told I need laser. instead she goes 'you're 24, your skin will respond to topicals, come back in 4 months.' first time ever a doctor's talked me out of spending money tbh.

Postpartum sensitivity

My skin barrier was completely wrecked after pregnancy and I was scared to use anything strong while breastfeeding. she put together a gentle plan that's totally nursing-safe. finally, no guessing.

Pediatric eczema

my daughter's eczema flares up every winter. doing it over video meant she could just stay home and the doctor could actually see the patches on screen. plan sorted it in like 10 days.

Who this is for

Three reasons NRIs book

You want a doctor who knows Indian skin

Indian skin is best understood by Indians, we get that.

Your skin changed after you moved

Harder water, colder air, a different diet — your doctor works out what shifted.

Your issue clears up, then comes back

Acne, hair fall, pigmentation — you get a plan that holds, not a fix that fades.

Questions

Can I book from outside India?

Yes — this page is for NRIs. Your dermatologist is an MD licensed in India, the consultation happens on Google Meet, and you pay in dollars by card.

What time will my consultation be, for me?

Every slot on this page is shown in your own time zone. If none of the listed slots suit you, tell us what does and we'll arrange one on special request.

How do I join the consultation?

Once you've booked, our team confirms on your email and WhatsApp and sends you a Google Meet link for your slot. You join from that link.

Will the prescription work where I live?

Your doctor writes the plan for where you live — ingredients and brands you can buy locally, over the counter or through your pharmacy. We don't ship medicines.

How do I pay from abroad?

$25, once, by international Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card through Razorpay. Your card statement will show the charge in dollars.

Do I need an Indian phone number?

No. Your +1 number is where we confirm your booking and send your Google Meet link on WhatsApp. If you'd rather use an Indian number, that works too.

How do video consultations work?

Book a slot that works for you, and connect with your dermatologist through our secure video platform. You can share photos or concerns beforehand.

Is there a subscription or monthly fee?

No. You pay per consultation — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Book a consultation whenever you need one.

Are the dermatologists certified?

Absolutely. All dermatologists on DermaGurus are qualified and registered with the relevant medical council. We ensure the highest standards of medical expertise.

How is my data protected?

We use end-to-end encryption for all video calls and medical records. Your health data is stored securely and never shared with third parties.

What skin conditions do you treat?

Our dermatologists treat a wide range of conditions including acne, pigmentation, hair fall, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and many more. Book a consultation to discuss your specific concerns.
