By creating an account or using DermaGurus, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use DermaGurusindependently. Users between 13 and 18 may use the platform with parental or guardian consent.

DermaGurus provides a telemedicine platform connecting patients with licensed dermatologists. Our services include:

• Video consultations with board-certified dermatologists
• AI-powered skin analysis and recommendations (Cara AI)
• Personalized treatment plan generation and tracking
• Daily skincare checklist management
• Progress photo documentation and timeline

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

DermaGurus offers subscription-based plans with varying levels of service. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
• Unused consultation credits do not roll over to the next billing period
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance

DermaGurus facilitates access to dermatological consultations but is not a substitute for in-person medical examination. Our platform is intended for non-emergency dermatological concerns.

The AI assistant (Cara) provides general skin care information and guidance. Cara's responses are not medical diagnoses and should not replace professional medical advice. Always follow your dermatologist's recommendations.

In case of a medical emergency, please contact your local emergency services immediately.

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading health information
• Use the platform for purposes other than dermatological care
• Harass, abuse, or behave inappropriately during consultations
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise our platform
• Record consultations without consent from all parties

All content, features, and functionality of DermaGurus, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of DermaGurus and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any photos and content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use it for providing our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DermaGurus and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access toDermaGurus at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
